Trust has to be earned and verifiable — especially in an industry where our own brand has been impersonated. Here is every reason customers choose Revive Maintenance Ltd, and how you can verify each one yourself.
A Fully Registered UK Limited Company
Revive Maintenance Ltd is a real, registered UK limited company — Companies House number 14503058 — VAT registered, fully insured with public and professional liability cover, and operating from genuine premises. You can confirm our registration yourself at any time on the Companies House website.
RICS-Compliant Work Standards
Our surveys and remediation work follow the standards set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. That matters because it is exactly the standard your buyer's surveyor, solicitor, and lender will apply. When we say a property is mortgageable after our work, it stands up to independent scrutiny.
Verified Customer Reviews
Our customers publish unedited reviews on our Trustpilot profile at sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk — real people, real properties, real outcomes. Homeowners regularly tell us their remortgage or sale went through within weeks of completion, and that our teams were punctual, polite, and left everything clean.
Full Written Warranties
Every completed project is backed by a written guarantee and a completion certificate accepted by lenders. If anything isn't right, you have documentation, a named company, and a phone number that answers: 020 3435 8068.
Transparent Pricing
You receive an itemised written quote before any work begins. No hidden costs, no pressure, no surprise charges — the price we quote is the price you pay for the scope we agreed.
How to Verify Us Before You Book
Because our original domain, revivemaintenance.co.uk, was stolen in 2025, we actively encourage every customer to verify us. It takes two minutes:
Your Verification Checklist
- Only trust our two official websites: sprayfoamremovalhelp.co.uk and revive-maintenance.co.uk (with a hyphen)
- Never pay through revivemaintenance.co.uk — that domain is stolen and not ours
- Check company number 14503058 on the Companies House website
- Read our verified reviews on Trustpilot
- Call us directly on 020 3435 8068 to confirm any quote or booking
The Difference Trust Makes
Choosing a spray foam removal company is choosing who enters your home, who works on your roof structure, and whose paperwork your lender will rely on. With Revive Maintenance Ltd you get a registered company, employed specialists, RICS-compliant standards, written warranties, and reviews you can read for yourself. That is why customers come back — and refer their neighbours.
